• All purchases must be paid either in partial (60% of the total purchases plus the local shipping fee) or in full. 

• NO DOWN PAYMENT, NO ORDER CONFIRMATION. You can only submit an order form once a payment is made. Any fraudulent or manipulated screenshots of payment uploaded through this form will automatically nullify the order submission. No notification will be sent, be a responsible buyer!

• Products may be out of stock without prior notice, but rest assured that payments will be refunded accordingly.

• Shipping fees generated in the Checkout page are only the base rates for Metro Manila and default for international orders and are subject to change.

• Rare items or old releases are normally sourced at offline stores through a proxy buyer, hence, price may be subject to change.

• Once you receive the order and payment confirmation, you can no longer cancel your order but can only modify them, unless the item is declared out of stock.

• We have a ‘No return, No exchange’ policy. All products on the website are imported from South Korea, Japan, or the USA. All orders are deemed final and unexchangeable.
